I reached out to the guys at StructoFlex about a leak in my Baltimore City rowhome which is over 100 years old.  The roof had been repaired by a few different companies over the years, but this is the first time that anyone ever explained the condition and needed repairs and options for long term upkeep.  They will be my roofer from here forward.
